I'm currently in Ireland and I am unable to connect to any mobile network

Hi, So I'm currently on holiday in Ireland however I have no way of connecting to a mobile network, after searching on my phone and attentping to connect it hasn't worked. Just wondering how I can connect and use SMS, phone calls and data etc.

Cheers

@Shajon29  You need to have roaming enabled on your account you might be able to do this from within your online account yourself if the option is not there then stay within your online account and wait for a live chat window to pop up you can use this to request roaming to be enabled on your account.

Good afternoon @Shajon29

Welcome to community 🙂

Are you a personal pay monthly EE customer?

Did you activate roaming before you went abroad?

If not, or you did and you are still struggling with service, then I would recommend having a quick look at our Roaming with EE - What to do if you're having problems abroad post.

Some of the hints, tricks and tips written, may just do the trick.

Unless you've already followed the great information @Chris_B offered you and sorted this out already.

Thanks

Richard
