I’m abroad on max plan but can’t make calls.

Please help. I set up roaming, confirmed I was on the max plan and received a message saying I could call and text however I’m now abroad and unable to. I’ve switched on and off, selected all the various networks but it says I can’t acceas any of the numbers including EE help.

Thanks @Chris_B that was the solution Smiley Very Happy but the live chat help had to do it for me as it was saying it was already ticked when I looked on my profile.

Thanks for replying. I was transferring in Amsterdam and now on my way to America. Live chat was able to fix it.
