I keep hearing a message telling me that this number is barred

Whenever I try tomake a call it tells me that he number I am trying to call is barred.This is so frustrating as I have over 400 minutes available.  Can somebody please help me solve this problem.  I have tried callin 150 but it wont even let me do that.  I have tried various numbers for EE without success.  I cannot find an email address so thought I'd try this Forum.  Would appreciate some assistance.  Thanks in advance, Tony

Are all calls restricted?

 

Can I just confirm are all your bills up to date with EE?

Hi Richard, I can now advise that this issue has somehow corrected itself. Yes currently in Guernsey where the problem originated but having travelled through Italy and France without any problems. However thank you for taking the time to contact me. Tony.
