I just topped up my roaming with 12£ for 7 days and is not working at all!

Hi there!

My boyfriend and me has the same phone, Samsung S7. And we are on our holiday in Portugal, he could use the phone without any problem but I can not, even I have the message about the free calls and texts and 500 MB Internet. So I register here and I downloaded the application, bought the 7 days roaming for 12£, but I can just not use it still?! Could anyone help me out with these?!
