I have no signal in Gran Canaria. Please can you help resolve this

Hi, 

 

You need to activate roaming on your account. 

 

If you are an EE pay monthly customer, you can try live chat via EE get in touch page tomorrow after 8am UK time. If you click on the + next to EE the chat options and status will be shown.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
