to have inclusive roaming in Australia you need to be on a EE Pay Monthly Max plan customer services will be able to move you to a Max plan if your on a essential plan.
Text Roaming to 150 to make sure roaming is enabled.
If your a PAYG customer roaming is enabled automatically PAYG rates for Australia can be found here.

Do you know what plan you're on?
In addition to sending the Roaming to 150 text, you can check that roaming is turned on in your MyEE Account.
