Where abroad?

Try texting VM OFF to 150.

Good Morning @samanthalilly20.

Welcome to the community.

Have you been able to try following @XRaySpeX's advice for turning off your voicemail while you're in India?

As for the charge, you will of been charged for receiving the voicemail at the normal standard roaming cost for India.

Let us know if you manage to get this switched off.

Yes this has worked thank you. I struggled to get this to work last time but seems to have worked.

I am in India and not sure if the charges. Seems I have a 20second voicemail so hoping it won’t be too much

thank you for your help

That's great @samanthalilly20.

You can see all charges for India on our Roaming costs page.

I hope you have a great time away 🙂
