I didn’t set up roaming before I came on holiday. How do I get service now?

I didn’t set up roaming before I came away and now I have no service so am unable to take or make calls or texts! I know now that I should have set it up before I came away but I genuinely didn’t know I just thought it would amend itself! Is there anyway to connect now baring in mind I have no signal to contact 150?

I have tried multiple times turning the data on and off, turning the phone on and off and turning on airplane mode and turning it back off to see if it will connect to no avail! I need the phone to keep in touch with my family at home in a time of trouble. Someone help me please 😔

Hi @danielaidan and welcome to the community.

So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.

Please also can I get you to try and dial a friend or family member using format of 00447********* and try using data.

Did this work?

Many thanks,

Lee
