I cant use my phone in Madrid why is that

@Wifeybubs  Because you didn’t enable roaming on your account and also call abroad and premium rate numbers.  You can still do this if you login to your online account.  It can take up to 24 hours once it’s enabled to get a working signal but try restarting the device.

If not, are you able to receive calls and texts?
