While in the EU I suppose to be able to make telephone calls.
Unfortunately, I can make telephone calls only to the numbers which are pay as you go. I cannot make any calls to the numbers which are on contract.
I have already contacted EE regarding this problem while travelling in Lithuania.
They couldn’t explain why I am having this problem.
I have 3 numbers on my contract and all of them have the same issue.
I don’t believe that it is only my contract at fault.
Please, if anyone else experienced this kind of problem, maybe there is some help somewhere.

Yes, everything is enabled. As I mentioned, I can make telephone calls to ‘pay as you go’ numbers but not to numbers with the contracts.

Thanks for coming back to us.
Are they contract numbers on a UK network?
Can you send texts to the numbers?

I am talking about other EU countries, not the UK.
I’ve trying to make telephone calls while in Lithuania, also in Ireland.
I can make telephone calls to ‘pay as you go’ numbers in Lithuania only.
I cannot make any calls to the numbers in Lithuania (not the UK) to the numbers which are on contract.

Thanks for the quick reply.
Just so I am clear, are the calls to Lithuanian number ranges?
Did this also happen when you were in Ireland to the same numbers?

Yes, the same happens and in Ireland. I cannot make telephone calls to anyone who hasn’t contract numbers.
