So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Please also can I get you to try and ring using 0044.
If these do not work, please let me know if you are using an EE personal or business account.

Hi lee, all of my numbers are prefixed 0044 or +44. I'Caam on a Peresonal Account. All my Call barring Settings are disabled except Outgoing Inrenational which is Enabled which I cannot change as it states that there is a Network Error when I try.
