I have followed all the steps provided by EE’s text I.e:
- click the link and get data from local networks (‘Airtel’)
- I am then directed to EE’s website which says I cannot connect to local data because I am connected to WiFi so to disconnect WiFi and connect to browser after a few minutes
- carried out steps above. Disconnected WiFi. Checked VPN which is also disconnected. Go back to link to connect and my browser is unable to access airtel link at all
please advise how to connect to data. I have tried since 5th September and failed each time. It has become very hard to communicate with family and friends and has become an inconvenience. I am unable to travel by car as I cannot use maps.

Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
From the MyEE app Current Usage - Controls - activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls
