I have tried every means possible to contact EE, I need some sort of live chat facility as I am currently in the states and am unable to text, ring, iMessage, FaceTime or receive any of the above. Does anybody have an email address or live chat link?

Did you activate roaming on your MyEE a/c before you left? Presumably not. Having a roaming allowance does not auto enable it. You may still be able to in your online a/c under Manage Devices. If not, you will need to call EE. Use the landline nos. in my sig.
There is no email contact fot mobile users.

Thanks for the response, I cannot do this through my EE and I cannot make any outbound calls regardless of which numbers I ring. Is there any alternative or do I literally have no access to the services stated earlier until I return do you know?

You could try the landlines in my signature over Skype.
