I can use my max plan allowance in the US but does this include Puerto Rico?

Hello @Phil_P

 

Welcome to the community.

 

As @XRaySpeX has advised Puerto Rico is not included and you would need a data add-on to use data.

 

Also, before you go check your set up for roaming to use your phone abroad, to check this log into your My EE account online go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium rate> They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated.
