I can't use my phone in Spain

Morning my wife's phone won't let her phone from Spain

Can she receive calls and texts?

 

Also, is she with us on a pay as you go or pay monthly?

 

If she is a pay monthly customer, she may need to check roaming and calling abroad is active.

 

If you are the account holder of the EE account, you can do this by logging into My EE account online > go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium Rate Calls >These will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activate.

 

If they are not showing as ticked, can you activate these?
