I can't use my phone abroad

Hi I'm in Turkey and I am unable to make or receive calls.

please can you help

Hello @Elliehiggo first of all has roaming been enabled on your account? You can check by logging in to MY EE online and navigating to MY EE>Manage device:

Thanks for getting back to me.

 

At present our chat teams can only deal with personal customers.

 

Have you tried accessing My EE as suggested by @Profile closed - you may be able to activate roaming in there.

 

If not you would need to call customer services from another phone.
