I can't use my phone abroad even though I have eurozone. Calls. Restricted

Hi

i have Eurozone, can't make calls as says restricted. Roaming on. I'm on EE pay monthly contract. Can't contact customer service on any numbers! help!! Please

Hi, 

 

Have you tried restarting your phone and trying to connect manually to the network? 

 

Did you activate roaming before you left the UK?

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
