My go further package is not allowing me to make any calls from Australia

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Thanks for your message.i have paid for a Roam further pass & had a text from EE to confirm but it's not allowing me to make any calls at all.

Did you activate roaming on your EE a/c before you left UK by texting ROAMING to 150?

Often just rebooting the phone is the simple remedy. Otherwise try logging into your MyEE account online & go to Menu / Manage Device / Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium rate. They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated. If they are not ticked, can you activate these settings?

Have you got a spend cap set? Try removing it and see if that helps, it has worked for others.

Thanks all! Fixed At last!! I got someone in UK to call EE to remove the
spend cap. Couldn't do it from Australia as everything was blocked!

Thanks for updating us @Chrissiepep  Still seems odd to me why a spend cap causes this when there's no charges because of an add-on, but glad it's working.
