There are many threads on this topic if you used the search.
Log into your online account and then menu - Manage device, make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
From the MyEE app current usage - controls, activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls

Welcome to the community.
You may need to activate roaming and calling abroad to use your phone abroad.
You can check your roaming status by logging into your My EE account online > go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming Abroad and Calling Abroad and Premium Rate Calls >They will show as ticked if they are active.
If they are not ticked, can you activate these?
