I spoke to an advisor prior to travelling to the US to check that my roaming was activated. But I arrived yesterday and have no service and cannot connect to any carriers. Thanks.

If you log into MyEE, under manage my devices it might say if roaming is enabled or allow you to toggle it on if not.
GIve that a try and let us know how it goes. You may have to contact EE. You might be able to do a live chat if you login to MyEE using a browser and not the app.

i logged into myEE and was able to enable roaming from there. So up and running now.
