I can't access internet abroad

I am in Thialand and despite having my mobile data turned on am unable to access the internet.

Hello @Sampoole1 have you got mobile data roaming turned on as well as mobile data? Did you enable roaming at least 24-48hrs before traveling:


Is there another network you can try when you perform a manual network search? More information on what to do when havibg problems roaming abroad:
