I hope you're having a great time in Spain. Do you have a pay as you go or pay monthly account?

 

If pay monthly, please follow the below steps to ensure roaming is enabled:

 

Log in to your My EE account online > Menu > Manage Device > Ensure both Roaming and Calling abroad are enabled.
