I am currently in Tenerife. Got the text message to confirm calls, texts and data used all included in my plan. Currently blocked from making any calls and texts fail each time I try. To make matters worse my whole family are all on EE and enciunteringbthe same problem. Help please!!

Hi leanne_T, Thanks for replying. I managed to contact EE customer services on another phone and got the issue sorted. I had international calling blocked. Now resolved. Thanks.
