Basically as the title says, I am in France and unable to call home using the add on I purchased. This happened in October and when I called to set up this morning before I left for France I was assured it would work. I can't even call 150

So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Please also can I get you to try and ring using 0044.
If these do not work, please let me know if you are using an EE personal or business account.

@Jlowe2208 Roaming can take up to 24 hours to activate.
Have you tried restarting the device?
Do you have a signal on the device or does it say some else ?
