I am trying to connect to a mobile network in Spain and it doesn’t seem to be working, it just says No Service all of the time. A member of my family who is currently with EE has service and has even stated that it seems to be a better connection than back home in the UK. I have tried to manually search for carriers and select them one by one to no avail. What am I doing wrong?

It may be that your account is not set up for roaming.
You can check this and if needed turn this on as below;
If you log into your My EE account online and go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming Abroad > This will show as ticked if roaming is activated.
Let me know if this works for you.

In that case you will need to speak to us to get this looked into.
If you log into your My EE account online not the app and a chat option will show when an agent is available.
If no chat option shows please get in touch with customer services from another phone.
They will be able to get this looked into.
