I am in turkey paid for call add on and network is showing but won’t make a cal

I am in turkey paid for call add on, restarted phone texted 150 got auto network, done everything advised but unable to make calls. Please help thanks

Log into your online account, then menu - manage your device. Make sure roaming and international calls are activated.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
