I am currently in the USA for a funeral. My data allowance has finished. As yet, I am unable to purchase more data for calls and texts. Please help.

Hello @Fairygirlno2 you should still be able to access the add on link even when you have no data allowances left. It is free to access anywhere in the world.
What phone do you have? What error message/page do you get when you try to access the add on link? Have you been able to use calls/texts/data in the US before (roaming is enabled)? 🙂

Hello Tom222, I have an iPhone 5s. I really am not able to get any mobile data to do any of the things you suggest. When the wifi is switched off, t-mobile does not switch in. 😢

@Fairygirlno2 Has your data been working in the US before it ran out of data or has it not worked since you arrived?

Having no data left should not affect accessing the ad-on page - this should auto load when you try and access data with WiFI turned off.
It might be worth trying a manual network selection and try connecting to another network - let me know how this goes.
One last quick question - are you a personal pay monthly customer?
