@RTM  Login to your EE account and enable roaming and also enable international and call abroad..

Did you get a chance to try the steps @Chris_B suggested?

 

 Are you on a pays as you go or pay monthly account with EE?

 

Which phone are you using at the moment?

Hi thanks for the advice I have tried this and a few other things like
restarting my mobile... no success... do you think it might be because I
didn’t set up roaming before I left the UK.... however I haven’t needed to
do this before when traveling abroad?

Hi @RTM,

 

If you have been aboard with your EE account in the past and not made any changes to your account the roaming shouldn't have been deactivated.

 

It might be worth checking this though if your not sure 🙂

 

You can check your roaming status by logging into your My EE account online > go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming Abroad >This will show as ticked if roaming is activated.
