I am in Sweden with my wife

I am in Sweden with my wife on a shared sim and data plan which still has 18gb left with unlimited calls and texts. Never had a problem before but now we both cannot ring mobiles back in UK.can't call ee on there number. Can call UK landlines.  We can't ring each other here. We can call swedish mobiles. We can 'whats app' each other. Come EE how can I contact you to sort it out.
