I am in Spain and my network does not work. It worked in a big city but nowhere

I am in Spain and network was only available in a big city. 

Elsewhere I do not have any signal. 

 

I do have roaming activated.

Try manually selecting the network under your phone settings.

 

Unfortunately EE cannot guarantee the quality of service on foreign networks, so if it's poor then there is nothing which can be done.

Welcome to the community.

 

Can you try and select a different network in your device settings as below;

 

  • Phone – Settings > Carrier > Toggle Automatic OFF

 

  • Android – Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK

 

  • Windows – Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search

I am on an annual contract.

Network only worked in Zaragoza, ie a big city. Elsewhere it doesn't work. All other than EE enabled networks are available but I cannot use themScreenshot_2018-08-06-17-14-20-432_com.android.phone.png

Could you please try turning your 4G off, then turning your phone off and back on again.

 

Please re-try the manual network search after that.

 

If that doesn't work, I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer.

 

Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.

 

If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.
