I am in Oman and can’t access my voicemail. Pin set up before I left UK.

I’m in Oman and can’t access my voicemail. I set my pin up before leaving UK. When I call voicemail I just get a message in Arabic then in English saying “you are not allowed to dial this number”. Roaming is on. Any ideas? Thank you!

@HelenaV  It sounds like the international call bar is still active on your account,  login to your online account and wait for a live chat window to pop up you can use this to have the call bar removed.

Our customer services team will be able to get this  investigated for yourself.

 

I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer. Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.

 

If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.
