I am in Ireland and can't use my phone I need roaming enabled please

Please can you activate roaming on my account please

there is no account access on these forums, but if you can log into your online account you should be able to see if it’s activated. Also you can text “roaming” to 150 .

Welcome to the community.

 

If you're with us on a pay monthly account, your roaming and international calls may need activated.

 

You can check this by logging into your My EE account online and go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming and also Call abroad and Premium rate calls > They will show as ticked if you're set up to use your phone abroad.

 

If these are not ticked, can you set this up?
