I am in Colombia been here for a week last two days I have no signal

Have been in Colombia for a week last two days I have no signal it's like my phone is blocked have phoned EE customer services from my wife's phone £20 later and her running out of credit and still none the wiser my wife has full signal on her phone she is on Tesco any one with any help

Have been in Colombia a week now phone was fine at first last two days haven't had a signal just spent £20 on me wife's phone which is working fine only to run out of money on hers and be cut off can someone help I have plenty of minutes and text on me phone just no signal it's like it's blocked can someone help thanks

So we can rule out a few issues, please can I get you to try a manual network search and choose an alternative provider to the one you were previously connected to.

 

If you do still have issues, please let me know if you are using an EE personal or business account?

Did you activate roaming on your MyEE a/c before you left? Presumably not. Having a roaming allowance does not auto enable it. You may still be able to in your online a/c under Manage Devices. If not, you will need to call EE. Use the landline nos. in my sig.

Hi have been in Colombia for a week now , last two days phone doesn't work,

Hi been in Colombia a week now, last two days phone won't make calls , no signal etc I have have plenty of minutes and texts left my wife's phone is fine she is on Tesco have rung customer services on me wife's phone but £20 later and only in the phone for 4 minutes still not resolved any help please

Hi lee have tried the manual way in carrier settings it is still doing the same no signal also I am on a personal sim only plan

Have you tried doing a manual network selection?

 

Does your phone show it's connected to a network?

 

Are you a pay monthly or pay as you go customer?

Please can you help me with exactly the issue above. But I  am pay monthly and roaming enabled for a long time. 

 

The phone works in Bogota but not any other place in colombia. PM please.

What phone are you using?

 

Have you tried doing a manual network search?

 

It might also be worth turning 4G off to see if this helps you connect to a network.

It's an iPhone 7, but exactly same as my 6 previously. It shows 4 available networks as as no service or no signal. 

 

Even with 4g off. 

 

Its difficult to run a business when you rely on hotel wifi signals especially as I am paying a fortune per month and her for 3 months.

If your phone works in some areas I couldn't see it being an issue with your phone or account.

 

Did you try doing a manual search and connecting to a different network?

I have nothing still.  I am only getting wifi services, in any city or location in Colombia it doesn't work.  When i was referring to it working in Bogota that was on a different phone on a different visit.  There is no way i am pauying my monthly bill when i have not a had a funtioning phone.  I have apparently received texts and call referring to a family emergency that i've missed at the time.  I also can't run my business. please can we sort this out?

HI I still have nothing here, i can't conduct my business, i can't receive texts or call or make any.  Please resolve this for me, it is beyond a joke
