I have tried using the country code
And with the code just using the local number. Is doesn't connect at all.
Any ideas I wondered if it was a setting on my phone as the quick call I made to ee before I lost signal showed my phone was set up to use.

I hope you're having a lovely time in Andorra, have you just arrived?
Are you able to make any outbound call?
Is your handset set up for roaming? you can check this by following the steps below:
Log in to My EE > Menu > Manage device > Ensure both Calling Abroad and Roaming are active

Can you confirm you are able to make outbound calls back to the UK?
Is this happening with one specific number?
