I am currently in France and cannot make calls

Hi please can someone help?

i am currently in France and cannot make any calls from my iPhone 6. Data roaming is setup and I have received a call from the UK so cannot understand why I cannot dial out? Anybody that can help would be really appreciated

@Bluereacto1: Did you activate roaming on your MyEE a/c before you left (not just data roaming on your phone)? Presumably not. Having a roaming allowance does not auto enable it. You may still be able to in your online a/c under Manage Devices. If not, you will need to call EE. Use the landline nos. in my sig.

Yes this was activated before I left and I rang up ee as well before I left who confirmed everything was setup
