I am being repeatedly billed roaming fees for seconds-long calls and voicemails?

I don't understand it - I have never seen these calls come up on my phone and only found out about them when I recieved my bill! What is going on? Can I get a refund for these non-existent charges?

@krnwjdk   You need to call customer services about this as this is a public forum that has no access to your account.

Hi @krnwjdk and welcome to the community.

Which country are you currently roaming in?

If your phone is out of signal or turned off your calls may transfer to voicemail and in some countries your are charged for receiving calls.

Many thanks,

Lee

They're voicemails when your phone was not available and the caller rang off quickly.

It is advised to turn off voicemail before travelling outside Europe, to avoid such unexpected charges.
