I have an S8 on a monthly plan that includes free roaming (mins, texts, data) in the EU. I'm abroad now (France) and my data is working fine but both my international calls and texts are barred. It asks for a PIN to unblock this, but my phone PIN doesn't work. Cheers for any help!

@DigbyH-W You should of text ROAMING to 150 to enable roaming on your account before you left the UK. You allowance is what is allowed to be used when abroad not that roaming is enabled. You can still get this enabled though, go to your EE online account and enable it from there or login to your online account and wait for a live chat window to pop up to request a live chat and you can use this to enable roaming on your account.

Our customer services team will be able to help remove the international bars.
I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer.
Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.
