Thanks for posting on the community.
If you are with us on a pay monthly account, you can log into your My EE online and a chat option will show when an agent is available.
You can also call us on 150 and speak to our customer service team.
They will be able to help you with your account.

Thanks, I called that number but it gives only 2 options on the menu:
i) top up using a credit card
ii) top up using a voucher
There is no option to speak with a human (or de-activate marketing)
