Hi. Just arrived in dubai. And i realise that EE need to be called before going abroad of european union. Did not know about that. Now i am trying to find a solution to get to someone in ee customer service so they can activate my roaming abroad. Any ideas?? I dont get any links to a live chat or emails that i could text. All i seem to find is phone numbers which obviously i can not call because i dont have any sign of service. Please help.

Welcome to the EE Community,
to ensure roaming is set up on your account check the following.
try logging into your My EE account.
go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming and also Call Abroad and Premium Rate > They will need to show as ticked for you to use your phone abroad.
If you can activate both settings this will update within 24 hours.
