Hi am currently overseas with a new Samsung S7 but cannot make international calls back home to the UK. I have tried to uncheck the international calls in call barring but get asked for a code. I have tried 0000, 1234 but no luck. Can anyone from EE help please?

Hi and welcome to the Community @iandougall
So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Please also can I get you to try and ring using 0044.
If these do not work, please let me know if you are using an EE personal or business account.

I Have switched to a different network but the international calls are still barred. I have also tried calling using the 0044 code but I am barred from making those calls.
I have a personal EE account.
