I have an iPhone 5s and am currently in Italy but I can't make any texts or calls because the block has not been lifted on my phone. Please help!

Did you make sure that roaming was activated?
If not and you cannot set this up manually via your online account, then you will need to call CS on +44 (0) 7953 966 250 from another phone or use live chat via EE contract page. (click on the cross next to EE and the live chat function will be visible) this is available from 8 am UK time.

If you are with us on an EE pay monthly account, log into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer.
Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.
