@Nicholat : Try logging into your MyEE account online & go to Menu / Manage Device / Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium rate. They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated. If they are not ticked, can you activate these settings?

Hi @Nicholat.

Welcome to the community 🙂

As @XRaySpeX has mentioned, you can activate roaming and international calls in your My EE Account online.

Let us know how you get on with this.

Jon

Hi,

I did my myEE but did not find manage device.... and so on to enable international calls. I am a pay as you go user.

@Rahman54321 : No, you won't find those settings for PAYG. PAYG is auto enabled for roaming.
