HI,

@Hudsondavid

Yes you need to activate your roaming before leaving UK.

You need to do this by texting Roaming to 150.

And also can make sure calling customer service no international call barring on your account.

Now you can try clicking on this Manage your device

Login your my ee Web account and enable your roaming.

Click on enable roaming to activate your roaming.

Hopefully it will work for you.

If not you might need to chat with customer service and you can do this clicking on this http://ee.co.uk/help/get-in-touch

Many Thanks

Welcome to the community @Hudsondavid

As advised by @tahirmian it needs to be activated before you travel.

You may be able to activate it in My EE as above.

If not there's an option for live chat on the get in touch page.

Let us know if you need anything else.

Thanks - Karen. Smiley Happy
