Re: How can i call or text outside uk? I have addons but cant switch off int cal

Hi @IJB01,

Welcome to the community 🙂

Did you manage to remove the international call barring via My EE as @Northerner suggested yesterday?

You can find the options here:

My EE account online and go to Menu > Manage Device > Call abroad and Premium rate calls > This will show as ticked if you're set up for making calls when abroad.

You can also check your roaming status here:

My EE account online > go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming Abroad >This will show as ticked if roaming is activated.

Come back and let us know if you need any further help 🙂

Hi @IJB01

You need to log into your online account and then activate roaming and international calls.

Thanks
