I'm on holiday in Italy trying to ring home but get a message. You have call blocking enabled. How do I cancel this.
As this is the second time this has happened.
I rang EE when I got Home last time they said there wouldn't be a problem again. WRONG

You mean roaming. If you have upgraded since the call you refer to, then it's likely you need to activate roaming again.
If you are an EE pay monthly customer you can use the live chat function under EE section on the contact us page here. They should be available from 8 am UK time tomorrow.
Please also ensure roaming is activated on your phone under network settings.

So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Please also can I get you to try and ring using format of 00447*********
Also, please let me know If you are using an EE personal or business account?
