Husband bought Tavel data pass while cruising but it's not working, saying there's a spend cap and blocked some services. How does he cancel it, no internet connection at all

@jools2702 When on a ship you are using the maritime network and will be charged according to their rates, EEs add-ons are no good for this as they are for land based networks. To cancel it you’ll need to call customer services but you’ve purchased it so you’ll still need to pay for it.
