Hiya can you help i am in france trying to make calls and internet and its says that i cant due to call barring so tryed to turn it on and i dont know the password can u help

@Salrah0989 Do you have a signal showing on the device.? If you do login to your online account and enable international and premium rate numbers, if you don’t have a signal login to your online account and wait for a live chat window to pop up so you can chat to customer services to get roaming enabled on your account.

That's great advice from @Chris_B
If you log into your My EE account online
Then go to Menu > Manage Device > Call Abroad and Premium Rate > This will need to show as ticked for you to use your phone in France.
