@robertjacks Where are you ? If your not in the EU you need credit on your account to text even to EE. It will be classified as a international call/text. And just to add packs don't work outside the EU. So you need credit to pay for calls and texts

I would say email them but I don’t think they do have a support email, hmm are you coming back to the UK any time soon?

I know that Ray... I was just making a point that it would be more helpful if they did have a support email this could be solved... so I don’t get why you mentioned that when I said they don’t have one 🤔

I'm in Romania and I will stay here a few months till I will come back to UK, so I think that the only way is to ask a friend from UK to call EE from his number to explain my problem.Thank you guys for all , Kind Regards Robert

I doubt they will talk to him unless you are also on the phone to verify yourself & authorise him to speak on your behalf.
You should be able to text 150 from there. The fact that you can't probably indicates your SIM has gone into hibernation.
