Hi, my data roaming says it is not activated on my account.

Hi, 

 

my data roaming says says it is not activated on my account.

 

i have logged in online and checked to see if it is set up as an add on which it is and is showing activated. 

 

I can pay for the small data packages by replying to the text message and the data works fine but when I text TRAVEL to 150 it does not let me pay for the data pass and says it is not activated on my account?? 

 

Please help! I am stuck in Bali with no maps!! Haha

Is roaming definitely activated in your My EE Account online?

 

Is data roaming activated on your phone?

 

Bali isn't included in the Travel Data Pass.

Hi Jon,

 

I have purchased a travel pack and it is not working in Bali.

 

also Bali is in Indonesia which is listed so why would this not work in Bali?
