Hello @agulifardo due to this being a public user forum access to accounts is not allowed to enable roaming through here I am sorry. Please call customer service on +447953 966 250 from another phone (lines open at 8am) who can look in to this for you. If you are a personal pay monthly customer on an EE plan you can also access Live Chat using one of the ways mentioned in this link. Let me know how you get on. :):

Did you activate roaming on your MyEE a/c before you left? Presumably not. Having a roaming allowance does not auto enable it. You may still be able to in your online a/c under Manage Devices. If not, you will need to call EE. Use the landline nos. in my sig.

So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Please also can I get you to try and ring using 0044.
If these do not work, please let me know if you are using an EE personal or business account.
